“The house and pool were perfect! So close to the beach, and the house was quaint, private, and clean. We loved spending time on the back patio and in the pool (in also has a light in the pool for evening swimming). Only two small issues while we were there: The pool might have a small leak somewhere because the water level went down a few times and needed some water added, and the beach umbrella provided was rusted out and broke on the first use. Other than that, there were three newer beach……

“Served us well. Chairs not all that comfortable and a 10 digit entry code seems over the top. However, location was great for our nostalgic return to AMI and the week was delightful. ”

“The stay at la Esperanza is always amazing. The home is clean and well taken care of. Communication is the key. There was a lovely email in the mornings to give us updates on the weather and some things going on in the community. We will continue to book every year. “We had an amazing stay at Tropic Like It’s Hot! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 10. The location couldn’t be better — steps from the beach with a great pool and plenty of space for everyone to relax.Like any rental, a couple of small things came up (the elevator and hot tub), but what impressed us most was how quickly and professionally AMI Locals responded.
