“Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. “Location is great, and the hotel room is clean. However, there is no air conditioning, just the heat, we felt hot at night, and couldn't sleep. We reported to the hotel staff, hotel staff was helpful, she brought us the fan, but the heat was not able to turn off.”

“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”

“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”

“The mattress is very comfortable and clean, equipped with a dining table, which is considerate. The geographical location is superior, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The sound insulation is so quiet. It would be perfect if there was a microwave in the room.”
