“I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. The front desk offered no assistance, even after I explained that my children were waiting in the car. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience,……

“I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced……

“Staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location to stores and gas stations. Easy to get to the interstate. Had good cable channels. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable for me. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Shower water temp was good as well. Parking is fine, but don't come back late cause you'll have to park far and walk. I got back from a graduation party late and had to walk a ways. I believe I had stayed here before and I wasn't impressed way……
