“Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.”

“My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking……
