“Poor breakfast that was supposed to be included, no coffee, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, absolutely disappointing, almost to the point of false advertising. Breakfast was not an option!!!!”

“This is an old property that has been fixed up, but the infrastructure is still old. My bath was rusted, breakfast was just okay, the cleaners left the last guests towel in the bath. So not great. Location is good.”

“Beautiful pool and cheap prices, but along with the cheap prices comes not so comfy beds and average size tv. On the upside it’s Penticton so it’s basically just a place to sleep and they have an amazing pool. Again though it’s Penticton so who needs a pool? Staff was nice and easy to speak with, and they had dishes and a microwave. However there was a note that said if you leave any dirty dishes you will be charged, so we were too worried to use them.”

“Room was clean & well stocked with amenities, staff was very friendly & helpful. It was a quick decision to stay in Penticton for the night & we are happy we picked the Best Western, it suited our needs, travelling with a pet, perfectly.”

“The best about the hotel is the location. The limited staff tries to do its best but not ideal. Open from 9am to 6pm so if arrive late, you are stuck. The hot water was turned off early (before shower), prob with water tank it seems. Room has been painted and equiped in kitchen for 2. When you arrive, they provide 1 soap for 2 and shampoo etc for 1 day. Each day you have to ask for more, same for coffee and tea. They do NOT make the bed nor clean each day (we stayed 3 nights).
