“Dirty! Noisy! No breakfast! Strange people around! No hair dyer! Lamps were broken! Dog hairs all over bedsheets!”

“Clean rooms . Hot coffee or tea at any hour available. Friendly staff , and genuinely eager to help meet our needs. This location is so nice and quiet and a 5-7 minutes walk to Scottsdale old town. You won’t need a car. It has been recently renovated within last 2 years and was an absolute pleasure to stay . We stayed 8 nights in a suite. Thank you ”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“Clean, nice set up, big gated outside area for practical use, big bathroom with laundry machines inside! TV with streaming service, tiny but functional kitchenette. Everything I needed in a nice safe area. I would stay there again.”
