“The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist ”

“clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.”

“The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)”

“Its a big but old hotel. Just need to stay for one or two days is ok, cos only 20 min. free wifi can be used, thats unbelievable in 2021. ”

“It was convenient and had great access to both parking and public trasnport. There were also great options of tasty delicacies nearby. However, the place was a bit small which may not be suitable for big families.”

Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. ”

“The front desk was very friendly even we arrived very late at night with a lot of belongings. The lady in the morning shift is especially nice and sincere. She was so lovely to let us stay the baggages till the afternoon. ”

“三日兩夜，整體上酒店乾淨，位置近火車站，附近容易買日用品，早餐雖然要加錢不過都好食，房間尚算寧靜，隔音幾好。”

“FREE WIFI all over the hotel, very good. Room is clean, breakfast is standard english one. Staff is kind. The only problem is location too far from city. You need take 126bus 30min to New Street. Rest parts are very good.”
