「Parking at the back which was easy to find. Plenty spaces free while we were there in July. Gorgeous decked terraces at the back with flowers and lights. We entered car reg on the screen as we went in & went to check-in. This was an easy process and staff member was polite & efficient. We were shown to our room at the top of the first lot of stairs & the staff member explained about breakfast etc. Lovely sized room overlooking King Street. We were there during a heatwave, but the room was cool....

「This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. 「The room was clean and reasonably priced. Sadly I didn’t sleep well as the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - small for a double, and it felt like we were rolling together . Hong had kindly given us a room at the back of the house as I mentioned I am a light sleeper, but because it wasn’t the property I was expecting to stay in, it meant it was near to the main road which was quite noisy through most of the night on and off.
