“Service staff was nice but I wouldn't choose again due to the noise， thank you ”

“Only complaint was the property did welcome Pets and I was awoken early one morning from a dog barking.”

“Comfortable rooms although their low flush toilet meant it was almost unusable and we had to use the toilets on the ground floor. Nice happy hour with complimentary drinks at 5-7 each night. Outstanding views from the restaurant on the roof.”

“Overall everything was good. The staff was great. However, there was a few items that needed attention in the condo but that could be overlooked. Beautiful place absolutely! The one thing that was not great was the ants infestation in this particular unit. We didn't really noticed until later in the evening. Other than that, I recommend. We were staying for only one night so we just managed. ”

“Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!”

“Having stayed at three different Holiday Inn Express hotels in Asheville/western NC within five days, I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore. The facility was much nicer than usual, having a very large lobby with an indoor/outdoor pool. The room was very clean. My only complaint was that the old style bathtub was very slippery, and there was no bath mat. That kind of safety oversight is serious by my standard. I wish that breakfast was included as well - it was……

“First time we’ve stayed at this Hilton in downtown Asheville. Usually we stay at the Marriott. We were here only one night. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like it only recently been refreshed. The staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again. ”
