“Victor was very helpful to sort out an issue regarding my reservation. The hotel has been newly renovated. My room, the lobby, and fitness center were all in great shape.”

“We were returning guests to this hotel and we will more than likely be back again. The location is fantastic, everything is clean, staff is friendly, and the room is spacious. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and hot tub as well. Our only complaint would be that the beds/pillows could be more comfortable, but there are definitely worse out there. ”

“2 bedroom 2 bath room was spacious, with privacy for all. Living room furniture and kitchen cupboards definitely worn. Bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect to De Vos and many excellent restaurants. Most importantly their check out is noon compared to 11 am like most. Would stay again.”

“The pull out sofa bed was awful - could feel every spring in the mattress and the entire frame was tilted so that the feet were higher than the head. The room was clean except the pull out bedding was dirty. Lighting in room was extremely dim and insufficient. Front desk service + cleanliness of main entry, lobby areas was excellent. The gym was very nice. ”

“First off, the hotel was not easy to find. We were using a map app to get to the hotel and it was routing us all around the Meijer property. We ended up just driving around until we came upon it. Check in was good, but when we went to our room, neither key they gave us worked. Went back to the desk and told them and was informed it was a "problem door" so she moved us to a different room. Upon getting to that room, one of the two keys would not work and the other key we had to insert 2-3……
