“This hotel is advertised as having a bar at the pool. We specifically chose this hotel for that reason. The bar did not open until after 3 pm on Fri and Sunday. There was no menu, drink selections were limited and many of the drinks did not taste good. I would definitely pack a cooler or stick with beer. Do not plan on having frozen drinks or food. The charges for the drinks were completely outrageous. There are several taxes and fees tacked on and gratuity is included which……

“front deck counter staff is very difficult about deposit problem so there is no way to register a house hold no choice we move to another hotel to live ”

“Before reservations, the hotel did not mention it will ask fee for cleaning, but after check in, it receive the fee for two times. Cause they first say they don’t need that much for that but changed their mind one day after. Also the charging socket doesn't work well. The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the sound outside clearly.”
