“ We have stayed here several times. We love the room layout, it's perfect for families. Breakfast included a made to order omelette station that was excellent. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Great park area across the street to take that morning walk. Great hotel!”

“Beautiful rooms. The area has a lot of noise below even on the second floor. Parking was challenging with no valet & cost was $30 per day which was pricey. ”

“Nice room and bed, TV and shower area. Hot tub area has some discoloring on surfaces , some people may mistake it as stains, I think the surface installed wasn't the correct one. Very good service at check in and at the AM breakfast (a lot was ready before 630,)thank you. I'd stay here again. .”

“A little too much road noise but otherwise very nice. Not happy that the price was double what we paid in the fall. They definitely take advantage of parents who are in town for the graduation in the city. ”

“We loved being able to stay so close to the DeVos center and Alex, who checked us in, was magnificent! Our room was incredibly huge and beautiful and well appointed, not to mention comfortable. We definitely will be staying there again when we head to GR for concerts! It was wonderful! I might add the original wooden floors are still there and in the rooms, the wooden floors creak which has a beautiful sound to them!!!!”

“We had a great stay. The rooms are dated but the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We arrived before check in and they were able to get us in a room early. Great front desk staff. ”
