“I really appreciated that our room didn't have carpet, rugs, or other unnecessary fabric. I always worry about bed bugs and other germs, but didn't need to here! Our room was clean, wifi worked well, and staff was kind! Short drives to Ouray and Telluride made the location perfect. Already recommended to family traveling soon! ”

“The location is amazing!! The servers at the Mineshaft were totally awesome. The hot pools are very nice. The check-in was combersome at their kiosk's and the three attendants behind the front desk, with zero other customers seemed to care we were stugling to check in. We also filed a complaint we could not get the tv to connect to satellite. (We are not novices at this). We followed up 4-times with the office and never had a response in 2-night stay. Never got tv or an explanation. The……
