“The room was fine. The air/heat unit didn’t work. Took a while to find a garbage can, even in the bathroom (we finally found a small one under the desk). The sheets didn’t seem to stay on the bed edges but the bed itself was comfortable enough. Did the job after a long day of traveling. Parking wasn’t awesome but what do you expect downtown. Bummer it was an extra $27 a night to find out after we booked.”

“I was very disappointed in my stay. The elevators were broke and I had to walk 10 flights of stairs three different times with my suitcases and different items after I had foot surgery 18 months ago, I will never stay at another high-end Sheridan in the history of my life.”

“My husband and I have stayed here many times over the last ten years. It’s been awhile since our last stay and I was shocked how a mess my room was. We stayed two nights in room 224. It was clean, however, there was gum stuck to the ceiling in the kitchen, the freezer was dented, the ice maker didn’t work, only one light in the bedroom worked, and the baseboard was broken and a large chunk missing under the dishwasher and oh yeah, the door to the room did not close right. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too.
