「The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful. When we had a maintenance issue in our room, it was resolved within minutes. All of the furnishings were clean, but very worn, and outdated. The lighting in all the rooms was very dim. Although it was mid-July and we had the a/c set at 68 degrees, the room vents started blowing out very warm, humid air in the middle of the night, which made the room stifling, and impossible to sleep in. One of the elevators wasn’t working.」

「Such a beautiful, eclectic Inn. The room and outside area was spotless, the coffee station and drink area was a great plus. The staff is very friendly and on the spot if there is an issue. I highly recommend staying here while in Austin. It’s just a short walk to 6th street and we ended up walking everywhere the entire time with ease. Also, for me personally the comfort of the bed is a big deal, and their bed was very comfortable. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!」
