“Amazing hotel in the perfect location. Close and walkable to restaurants and shopping. We loved the huge lobby with exquisite decor and beautiful seaside views. Food and drinks were amazing. Also, the entire staff were incredibly nice. Highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much. ”

“This is the perfect Newport location. An easy walk up the hill to Belleview and the Art Museum. Just a few minutes down the hill to Bowen's or Bannister's Wharf and Thames Street. A ten minute stroll to Broadway. Our deluxe room was a very nice suite, however, no drawers in the bedroom and the refrigerator was on the floor in bedroom closet. Both problems easily remedied with a bit of thought. The staff member at the desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, other staffers……

“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“A beautiful property well kept in a great location. Only con we found was the issue with the doors. All door locks including bathroom and bedroom don’t work. Also the main door to the building had issues. ”

“Funky colorful decor, excellent breakfast snacks, tea and coffee all day, and free parking. Easy walking to all around town and a safe feel to the building with locked coded doors. Room was comfortable and the gas fireplace was a nice touch on a few chilly nights! Would definitely stay again!”

“Clean slightly outdated hotel really caters to large functions. Room was spacious with 2 double beds, shower was great. My only complaint would be no microwave to heat up water but the restaurant bar was gracious enough to supply. Could use another upgrade. ”

“The location was perfect!! View of the ocean and use of the front deck overlooking the water was beautiful! Place was clean, property was well maintained. I will say that our bed was not very comfortable at all. It was a bit disappointing as we didn’t sleep well. Other then that it was a lovely stay”
