“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“Pretty nice rooms. A few minor issues (bed crooked on frame, fold out couch sheets did not fit) and the mattress was super firm (hard!). Staff was great. No pool.”

“The Drury Plaza Hotel was clean, well appointed. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and it was quiet, allowing us a restful night of sleep before continuing our travels. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold food options and drinks. This is a place i will look forward to staying again. ”

“My husband and I stayed here over night with two kids and two dogs. The front desk person was very friendly and check in went smooth. The hotel was good overall. The only issue we had was the bathroom. The water pressure was terrible and the tub took a while to drain. There was hair on some of the bath linens and what looked like mold on the ceiling and around the tub. And there was something smeared on the bathroom door. So pretty much our only issues were the bathroom. The bed was comfortable……
