“This was, without question, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. When we arrived, our room had a terrible odor. After leaving the room for training Saturday morning and returning Saturday evening, one bed was only partially made, while the other wasn’t made at all. It was messier than when we left. Housekeeping standards were completely unacceptable. The hotel itself had numerous issues. The parking garage was extremely difficult to navigate because vehicles were parked sticking out……

“This is a delightful little hotel and Tab, the manager, is the absolute best. Our rooms were comfy, we got snacks, and check in and check out were super easy. Tab was there to make sure that we got everything we needed and even let me stay a bit late because I had to take a call at noon. Highly recommend this little gem.”

“Things were great but do not depend on good internet services or steaming TV. That is the only exception to a very nice stay.”

“Property driveway and parking area not plowed after winter storm earlier in the day, and still not plowed the next morning. My car was stuck in the driveway. No staff at the front desk in the morning. I found a snow shovel in the entrance and dug unsuccessfully for an hour until a random passing snowplow (not contracted with the motel) took pity on me, cleared a path, and the driver helped me push my car out. Appalling.”

“Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B”

“Nice B&B with very nice owners. Location was nice, a bit out of the way but very quiet and comfortable. Rooms were top notch, and breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay there again.”
