“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“My only complaints werr: at check in!! I had already paid but was stuck in a long line! They need more check in staff!! 2nd, the breakfast.. All of the drinks and coffee had NO POWER, so we had NO drinks at breakfast 😒 Other than that, we enjoyed the room, the bed was amazing”

“Maintenance left some kind of machine spraying deodorizer or sanitizer in our room and left a powder film on sheets, was not healthy to breathe. Room was not vauumed and had food left on floor. However, they did move us to another room. Pool was not open even tho I called prior to make sure it’s open.”

“The hotel was located in the heart of Nashville near everything we wanted to visit. The staff seemed friendly and our room was a good size and clean. Breakfast in the adjacent Bodega had several options and the food was delicious. The reasons I would not rate this hotel as excellent: 1) We checked in less than an hour before the official check-in time; they charged us an extra $50 for that and tried the repeat that charge on the second day of our stay (when I complained, I was issued a refund……

“I enjoyed this stay! It was what I expected for the price and it was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was nice - the standard waffles, sausage, mini bagels, cereal, etc. It could be a little loud being right near the highway and the rail road tracks, but never to the point where it disturbed myself or my husband. Besides the occasional noise the location was awesome! It was right by the highway so it was easy to zip over to downtown Nashville or hit up the mall.”
