“Plus ou moins satisfaite. L'emplacement de l'hotel est bien, par contre à notre deuxième nuit ils nous ont demandé de quitter l'hotel pour aller vers leur autre hotel plus loin car il y avait un problème d'eau...je comprend ça peut arriver mais ils n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser pour l'inconvénient. Avec un bébé ce n'est pas évident. Puis, il y avait une odeur de nourriture dans notre chambre. Il était difficile de comprendre et de communiquer avec le manager, car son accent était……

“Rooms were dirty, flies entered through a broken sliding door. The pillows and towels need to be replaced. 3 out of 4 pillows stained. even with moving room that did not help.”

“Nice facility although a bit dated. Wonderful location right next to West Dennis Beach so a great beach expanse for walking. Breakfast buffet rather steeply priced at $35, but the Good Friends Cafe (0.6mi walk) was a fabulous alternative. Room would benefit from light darkening shades as the 6am-it-must-be-later awaking a bit surprising. But it is priced substantially below other hotels in the area, so a trade-off.”

“Our bathroom was very dirty. Stains on the floor and hair in the tub.. pubic hair to be more specific. The floor was so dirty. The staff however was very nice and helpful.”

“They were very nice. The room was clean. The lobby and breakfast area were great. The breakfast selection had a wide variety and I appreciated that as a diabetic who cannot have a lot of the high carb selections. My husband DID enjoy the delicious looking muffins/cake slices. ”

“Overall, the place was nice and family-friendly. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of options nearby.”
