“The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all.”

“7/10. Stayed mid March 2026- Beds were hands down the most comfortable beds we have slept on! The pool was cold, which was a let down. Breakfast was okay, they ran out @ 8:30am and we had to wait 30m to an hour for the food to be replenished. Elevator worked but sounds like it’s breaking down. Staff was awesome, loved them. Overall great experience, the building just seems a little run down. I would definitely stay here again though. Room was clean, beds- so amazing. ”

Great location downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants and the Convention Center. Front desk was ok. I noticed they’d put a sign up that they were away , but I’d hear laughing and cackling from a back room. Meanwhile, there’s 5 people waiting at the desk. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel. ”
