“We stayed for one night with our son and two small dogs as part of a visit to the Knoxville & Pigeon Forge area. Staff was very kind and friendly in the front desk and the morning breakfast! Room was nice and clean, very comfy stay, and a convenient location! We choose this hotel because we like to have a separate bedroom and the fee for 2 dogs was only $50. This would have covered an entire week of pet fee also! One thing I would have liked was bathroom access that didn't go through the……

“This is the first time we stayed in a place without a tv. Im not a big reader so it was a little boring for the days that it was cold and rainy.”

“Everything was great, except the included shuttle to the airport had a limit to when they ran. My flight was earlier than available, so I had to get a $43 Uber across the road. The hotel itself was really clean, our room was spacious and the staff helpful. ”

“Location is hard to find in dark, but loved it. Very peaceful except for neighbors barking hound dogs. Truly enjoyed staying there. 6-10 miles for food or groceries. Scenic ride or drive to get there. ”

“The Good: Clean, spacious room. Lively lobby with a bar and pool table. Friendly and attentive staff. Full sized shower gel and hair products provided. Smart tv’s that allowed for streaming of Netflix and Prime (using your own account). Competitively priced. The Bad: The Hotel sits right next to the highway. My room (307) faced the highway and it was VERY noisy. I requested a quiet room at check-in and was told they were fully booked. (does that mean I get a lesser room bc I booked it through……
