“We arrived at 2:00AM the front desk came to the counter after a few minutes checked us in. We went straight up to the room opened the door and right there in the doorway was a big, dead, cockroach. We didn’t even enter the room. We to the front desk and told him we were not staying. He offered to give us a different room. We refused and left. He was nice and told us our to go about getting our refund. If the bugs are in one room I’m sure they are in the entire place.”

“Staff had no personality but everything else was awesome”

“This was the worst experience. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and wrecked. Our initially assigned room had a faulty door, and when we returned late at night, we couldn't get it open. We had to make multiple trips to the office before finally being given a new room. The AC was terrible as well. I would not recommend this place for families.”

“these specific hotels are always super clean, so whenever available, and priced right, this is our preferred choice while traveling for work. The staff is always super helpful, and the environment just feels better.”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.”

“Great”

“For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows”

“Room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom too small with terrible water pressure and a very wobbly commode. Breakfast was grab and go in a breakfast room that was locked and was not accessible until after 7:30. If you are there to see bears at Cades Cove, it puts you up there a little late. Being just grab and go, maybe they could make it accessible earlier by room key code. Our room had no microwave and the only one that available was in the breakfast room and was very small and under powered.……

“I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!”

“Clean. Great breakfast. Nice restaurant next door (connors). Good location”

“Clean and quaint”
