“One complaint is that the entrance gate was open the entire time we were there. Not too safe! Clean property and room, glad that security made people leave the pool at 10pm. Close to Sonic, Wal-Mart, etc., and beach view and access, across the street. this is my 4th time staying at the Victorian”

“Better than expected. Linen even smelled like detergent. Stayed 2 nights no issues at all. Will stay again.”

“I would choose a different property if possible. The shower didn’t work, the maintenance guy came and looked at it. However, he was not able to fix it until the next morning. I did not receive a phone call apologizing or never heard anything from anyone. ”

“Home was dirty, the washer that was advertised didnt work, there was a mouse trap in the bathroom , the bathroom window had no covering, linens and towels were stained and dirty looking and the property manager is aware and didnt do anything about it. ”

“The property and grounds were very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was fantastic. The condo was clean and well maintained. I do wish the sleeper sofa had been maybe a little bigger. There were plenty of kitchen dishes pots and pans and even a few supplies for cooking like cooking oil and seasonings. The coffee laundry detergent shampoo body wash toilet paper paper towels and dishwasher pods/trash bags were much appreciated. Our only issue was our after hours arrival which……

“We come to Galveston every summer, once sometimes twice. This trip was by far the best! Our family of 7 loved this house. Perfect walk to the beach, plenty of room for everyone, cozy and clean! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a nice stay Once Upon a Tide! ”

“Hot Tub and Pool were great. Our condo overlooked the pool and Hot Tub but not good view of the beach. Unit was smaller than what the pictures showed but otherwise was well appointed and clean. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend to family and friends.”

“Very nice location. The shower pressure was low so if that’s fixed this is an excellent choice. ”
