“Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel”

“Overall the property suited our needs. However, the state of the bathroom was disgusting as it was in desperate need of a refresh with cracked sink, broken bath panel and the bath/shower covered with mould.”

“Set in beautiful grounds with friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast and facilities. Room was well appointed but was a bit dark and dated. The window’s double glazing had blown. ”

“Very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and weel equipped. Comfy beds and were lucky to have a small balcony in kur room, out to the garden area. Great restaurant, book as very busy. Breakfast included in the stay and had a good choice of hot food. EV charging avaiable in the car park.”

“A really great stay, check in was smooth mid afternoon, superior room was fine with a fantastic super king bed and huge bathroom. We had supper in the bar, good food and drinks in a busy pub setting, a nice buzz and big shout out to Lewis and Sam who were so friendly and professional, a great team. Breakfast was really good, again in the bar with plenty of choices cooked to order as well as a small buffet. We will definitely return again!”
