“Perfect stay other than staff when checking out! Asked to link to Hilton rewards and she told me I couldn’t due to booking through Expedia (rudely) although multiple of other hotels have done it in the past. ”

“Everything was great, with the exception of the access to WIFI. The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI. ”

“We stayed only two nights. Clean room, friendly staff. Not walkable, highway on one side, commercial buildings on the other. Didn’t feel that safe, a bunch of cars got broken into the first night of stay.”

“This property is so cozy and clean. It’s conveniently located in uptown Charlotte. The manager Manny took really good care of us. I can’t wait to revisit. ”

“It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view.”

“Customer service at check-in was top notch, very clean and up-to-date rooms made the stay wonderful. The on-site restaurant offered delicioys food options, and Horace was so kind and provided excellent customer service. Located in a great area to offer other restaurant options. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Very good hotel Great location Everything super clean Service from everyone top… floor supervisor on 6th excellent Attention from Eva at front desk.. excellent Attention from staff at rooftop… excellent Was a great experience ONLY Jordan… a young lady at front desk was awful… but there’s no way I’ll review this hotel with less than 5 star just because one awful and disgusting employee… this note is for the management to keep and eye on her… Again best hotel experience in Charlotte………

“We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.”
