「Very nice staff especially a lady named Barbie (It is what her name tag said) she was working the pool area 」

「Well, the staff was working hard a d very welcome. The only thing that i didn't liked was the sales process of the Xpand package. It looks like was a scam. The way how they offer this Xpand club package, offering you to have breakfast in one of their premuim restaurants and have the breakfast with the sales person and all my family, spend almost 3 hours to present Xpand Club. I was not buying a house, plus the kids were waiting for us to enjoy our time together. I was at rhe hotel to relax and...

「WE love the RIU.......The ALL inclusive is great. The presentation, delicious choices and quality BUFFET are always a treat." No problem " truly lives at the RIU. This is our 5 or 6 visit in the last 8 years. 」

「Nice property with clean rooms and friendly staff. Had an issue with new restaurant that was recently added but maitre’d was very helpful and addressed our issue. Also liked that there were quite a few dining options within walking distance of the resort. Also, the beach and pool areas were great. Overall, I’d recommend this place 」

「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」
