“Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo”

“Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside. I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the……
