“The property was nice, didn't have the basketball hoop inside as it showed in the picture, but that was not big deal it had another game. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that my family couldn't go anywhere when i took the key and fob to work with me. Realized we could get the app the day before we left. Overall great for travel for business, if you bring your family be aware that there is homeless that hang out in the alley near the property and my family didn't really want to walk anywhere.……

“The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better. We had a hard time figuring out what code was needed for the elevator and finding where the……

“Room was neat, tidy, & very clean. Loved that there was washer/dryer in facility made it so handy & helpful. Host was very communicative since there was a hiccup with our parking stall. Location of place is so amazing your near everything made it so convenient for us since we had to commute to Phoenix Convention Center every day. Staff at location also very helpful & friendly. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone & everyone and will most likely book here again in the future.”
