“I had an amazing stay at the Portland Harbor Hotel. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.
The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking around the Old Port. It honestly may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.”

“The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.”
