“The room was lovely, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Wifi was not working. The sink was blocked. No heating was working in the room. The phone was not working to call reception about problems. Overpriced for what we received. I was planning to book a couple of weeks later in the year for work, but without wifi I wouldn't be able to. The response I received was that it's a big place to provide wifi for every room. I've stayed in better hotels for less cost.”

“From the planning stage to our stay, communications with Tony was extremely helpful. We were greeted at the front door upon arrival and shown around this beautiful hotel. The room was extremely cozy and morning breakfast was awesome. You are given a menu selection for the following morning. Breakfast is served in a charming dining room just off the lobby. The onsite parking was a plus as a short stroll down their beautiful garden path takes you to all that the town of Pitlochry has to offer.……
