“El check in me lo retrasaron 1 hora y media y me toco esperar a que hubiera una habitación disponible y lo peor de todo es que la piscina estaba cerrada y esa era la única razón por lo que estaba en ese hotel Muy mala experiencia 😟”

“I just did a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the staff was super accommodating, from valet to check-out. Upon arrival, the young woman who checked me in gave me several choices on my room location (different floors, near the elevator or not, etc.) She was so nice and friendly. I had a little night cap at the bar before heading to my room and had a wonderful time! The bartender (Justin) was so great! He made my night. The burger on the menu surpassed my expectations too! Headed up……

“Great location, great amenities, great place overall. I was just disappointed at how the staff treated us, we went downstairs to get some snacks and drinks, and the guard over there was all over us as if we were trying to take something without paying, he was not helpful at all. The staff at the lobby was amazing though, very kind people.”

“Stayed with my son for a baseball tournament he had. We checked in late but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to checkout late due to later games. We definitely made us of the pool.”
