“The place was packed and very crowded that’s my only complaint. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft!!!”

“Staff was terrible. Room was unclean. Dirt, hair, and dirty towels in the bathroom. Won't stay here again. Not letting people get in rooms before 4:00 because they didn't book through the hilton honors app is disturbing and that policy should be changed. There were several people upset the day we checked in.”

“I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check-in time was 4. On a Wednesday, we didn’t get our room until 4:30. I don’t think this unusual though, since on our 2nd day at the hotel, the lobby was full of check in guests at 4:15, waiting for their rooms. The hotel is very large and has 7 floors, with many rooms on each floor. They have a tiny front desk and 2 elevators. I was also told the stairs were only for emergencies, and I had to wait for an elevator. This was right after a Cardinals game,……

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”
