「Good parking facilities. Hotel is right in town which is a real bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. We went instead to a very charming cafe just for a change. Unfortunately the down side of the hotel are the rooms. We had a twin room, nice view and large. 「We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「Quirky room, but in a nice way. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Rod is a very good host. Just two points: we weren't able to get hot water from the taps, despite running them for several minutes, and we didn't want to keep them running as it would waste water. The hot tap on the bath didn't work at all. We got hot water by running the electric shower to the basin. There is a little step in the bathroom, which Rod did point out, but I still tripped on it 2 or 3...

「I stayed here alone, so the setup worked well for me. If I were traveling with someone, I’d probably choose a larger hotel or an Airbnb, but I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were friendly whenever they were available, and they responded quickly when I needed anything. They provided extra towels and shower gel promptly, which I appreciated.
