“Under construction and it was a mess. Normally a good location though, I've stayed here before.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with our 80 year old family member and everyone went out of their way to make her comfortable. The food was spectacular, and the cocktails were delicious. The walk to the beach is very easy and the pool was wonderful.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“From what we could see, the Tropic Isle rooms were very nice. However, our room had some maintenance / construction work done the day prior, and the staff thought it was too dusty for anyone to stay, so they upgraded us to a REALLY nice room on the Sea Breeze property. The room was beautiful, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a very large flat screen TV. Best of all, our window had a panoramic view of the ocean. Step off the back patio, and you were literally on the beach. The view……
