“The staff and property management team worked well together to ensure our stay was comfortable. The only letdown was the front desk associate was not able to help us with basic information on local activities for entertainment, obviously inside information Google couldn’t provide that a local persons knows. Also, the buffet was decent but expensive for what it compared to at other hotels that is complementary. On a positive note, the view was lake side and very close to the river walk and next……

“Great place to stay while going to a concert or event at the arena. We could walk right over, the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to.”

“I'm sure it would be fine after renovating but now. the first floor is a concrete zone. sent a email about no pool, food or fitness ont the way to the hotel, dust, room was in a bad conditon. microwave breakfast sandwich for 12 dollars. staff did what they could but. bottom 3 worst hotels ever.and the other two had bullet proof glass in the lobby.”

“Had a terribly rude server (who was also the bartender) for dinner at the bar & grill the first night we were there. Also, could immediately tell that the food was incredibly sub-par, Sysco, shipped in frozen food items. It was terrible. There was a large brown stain on the carpet of the living room area of our unit. Also, having to deal with constant pressure to tip the valet and golf cart driver every time you wanted to leave the resort or when coming back to the resort was rude and absolutely……
