“The parking available was small and full so you had to park in a lot for another hotel down the road.”

“A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again.”

“Location was excellent to walk to Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center.Great food choices.Staff was friendly from arrival at valet parking to Roosevelt taking care of our luggage and getting us checked in.Had an issue with our television maintenance tried to get issues resolved but couldn’t so was moved to another room.Wiuld highly recommended.”

“Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Only problem we had was the door to hallway and bathroom did not latch tight. It locked and was secure but was not tight so allowed some outside noise in.”

“I only gave 4 stars because our room had a terrible odor in it. Everything else was wonderful. Easy to check in the directions for the room were simple. The room was really clean and stocked with everything I would need . Just a strange odor.”
