「I was very disappointed with the facilities provided by the hotel to its paid guests. Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. Also, it only allows you a 30-minute slot.」

「Stunning views and location. Easy access to the hustle and bustle of Oban.
The pub downstairs was lovely. Really friendly staff too and great food.
Our beds were comfy and the room was a sufficient size.
Access to a communical kitchen was great to prepare breakfast and you could also buy continental breakfast provisions (including gluten free options).」

「This was a lovely and unique experience. The hotel is just a few miles outside Oban but we felt like we were far away, in the beautiful Scottish countryside. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We ate at both restaurants and had superior meals every time. They had live music from a local trio one evening in the lounge and they were absolutely delightful! We highly recommend this lovely place!」

「La vista dalla camera sul fiume è stata la cosa più bella insieme alla doccia. Il letto scomodo, la camera non è insonorizzata e si sente tutto quello che succede intorno, incluso gli altri clienti russare e camminare. La colazione deludente soprattutto per la mancanza di un sorriso da parte del personale addetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevato.」

「The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service.」

「We loved everything about this apartment, in a quiet buy super close to the harbor, 8 minutes walk, beautiful clean apartment with everything needed, fairly new and very modern. Highly recommend.」
