Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

The building was under construction and the front desk was moved to a hallway. Very strange and poorly communicated. I'd have expected an email prior to arrival.
