“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful.……

“The staff was so kind and helpful. The facility was generally clean, could use some updating. We loved our swim out suite. The beach was as expected for seaweed season. They worked hard to control the smell. Dinner was always good, the lunch and breakfast were not. I got terrible food poisoning that lasted nearly two weeks and almost had to go to the hospital. It would also be nice if they had more AC in common areas. Most of them are outside or in poorly ventilated rooms. Overall, the kids had……
