「Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect. The balcony was the cherry on top. Gorgeous sunset views. A nice energy from downtown at night. Loved the record player in the room. There’s a nice vinyl...

「Stayed in a room with microwave and small refrigerator and 2 queen beds. There were dishes , coffee pot, etc and dish soap, but had to do dishes in the bathroom sink. No salt, pepper, tea, coffee, tissues, shampoo or conditioner like usually expected.
I had to call and ask what amenities were in the room bc I couldn’t find that information on the web site.
The resort is obviously older, but maintained well with improvements being made.
Not sure if I would stay there again.」

「The rooms are super clean and up to date. We did not use the amenities but were told about them and they seem great. Had some trouble with the AC not cooling but was moved to another room no problem. I will say it is very loud at night if others are outside using the elevator or just walking down the halls. You can hear the person above walking through the room as well.」
