“1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage. We booked 4 people……

“Falsely advertised free parking. Was not clear you could not park in unmarked spots. Signage was not visible or clear. We got towed while still unloading. Cost $200. The distance from car to room was very far and took many trips. Very difficult to find room in the first place. Two coffee machines, neither worked. Good thing they had a room where you can go and get coffee. Workout room and lounge nice. The room itself had cheap bed and bedding. I got a two bedroom since I wanted a king bed and……

“Very clean apartment and quiet location. Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Full water Brita jug in refrigerator was a welcoming touch. Key did not open pool gate- but pool looked great. ”

“A wonderful place to stay. Very safe close to everything one could need. It had all the amenities one could hope for. I would highly recommend this stay.”
