“Had a great time. Hopefully in time you will have your own little “market” for quick popular items for the house so dont have to leave property in search of milk. “There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny……

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. “I've stayed here before in the Garden Cottage and it's a cute and charming place to stay. It's nice that there's a kitchen with the basic necessities and a lovely screened front porch to sit and relax. It's a great location close to downtown restaurants and shops. I would happily stay here again.”

“First, the house had many flaws which was communicated with owner. The owner seemed to want to know of any problems and was quick to respond. As to fixing the problems, they may have been fixed after our stay. As with many rentals, the pictures usually don’t accurately depict the actual rental. That was the case here. Here were my problems with my stay here: 1) set of bunk beds were all found dirty with a dirty sock in one of them. Owner told, and he immediately provided detergent and……
