“Staff were all exceptional. Particularly Francisco, Enrique, Maria, Vanessa & Francis. Room & pool area very clean and nice. Food at buffet was...buffet food. Meh. Large selection, always about the same. Some items would get hard (had to saw through a crepe with a steak knife) but about what you'd expect at buffett. This place is beautifully expansive but there are some trip hazzards (sunken bricks etc) on the main walkway leading from lobby area to rooms. I was able to get 15,000 steps/day……

“The property is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the restaurants are great! The rooms are a bit dark and the pool isn’t spacious - we avoided swimming as there are only a couple of lounge chairs directly beside the restaurant upstairs. Everything was very clean and well kept and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again! Central location next to shopping destinations, restaurants, museums and more. ”

“My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
