“The property was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good utilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer). Most necessary items were provided although it would have been nice to have some surface cleaning spray and more washing up liquid and toilet paper. Very nice bathroom and shower, although it took a while for the water pressure to get high enough and the heating was quite fiddly to get to the right temperature. Cleaning service provided which was appreciated, and……

“Very unique hotel. So cool living onboard a floating hotel for the night. The room décor is lovely, as is the rest of the boat, and the staff onboard could not be nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was amazing (smoked salmon starter and full Scottish breakfast) and any time we called for items to be brought to our room, the service was super fast. It is not the cheapest but all in all, an excellent hotel and well worth a visit for a special occasion or just a well earned treat.”

“Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! I'm vegetarian and the options for dinner were delicious, creative and satisfying. The decor throughout the hotel overall is very traditional. The furnishings appeared to be of high quality, particularly the window treatments and furniture in my room. I would certainly stay again!”

“The room is clean. The kitchen is fully equipped even with hot water dispenser and really clean and big. I couldn’t receive Wifi in my room but going to the lounge to get connected is not a problem at all. Helpful staff. Nice location.”

“Great location, right at the end of the Royal Mile so you're close to everything but still in a quiet little spot. Beautiful garden and view of the crag overlooking the city. Very well appointed apartments, very clean. Overall our favourite place to stay while on our trip to the UK.”
