“We feel as though we are somehow doing Trump MacLeod House some sort of disservice by calling it a Hotel as from arrival we never felt that we were staying in a Hotel. It felt more as though we were guests in a Baronial home. The standard of service, food and accommodation was exceptional. The entire Staff made us feel at home from the moment of arrival. The quality of finish and standard of housekeeping was second to none. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. 5 stars all the way! ”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“Garry and Joyce were outstanding, friendly hosts. Accommodations were elegantly appointed: excellent full breakfast, large bedrooms and bathrooms, bathrooms fully stocked with towels and supplies, comfortable beds.”

“After a long drive, it was lovely to open the door to a warm reception area and a warm welcome from staff. Thought the house had rambling stairs lots of doors and maybe not excellent in state of decoration everything was clean .Bedroom welcoming and bathroom sparkling!The deep bath and loads of hot water was very welcome as was power of the shower the next morning .Room service and breakfast delicious ”

“Got a free room upgrade. Room was nice and clean. Lovely bathroom fittings. Towels were folded on your bed to look like swans. Breakfast was lovely. As was the pot of tea. I'd have no hesitation going back. Was a fair price too”
