"The hotel and spa is hust amazing. Second time staying and it did not disappoint. Staff very freindly and accommodating.

"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months
I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia.
When can I expect my money back ?
Overall a disaster by Expedia No info on change of hotel and you still advertise the one I booked as open ???
