"Cute place as the pictures show. And a very short walk to the heart of Ellicottville. But the walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The mattress was old and should have been replaced. The headboard did not match the bed frame and was poorly secured. Finally, the water is hard and the water pressure is mediocre, making it hard to get all the soap / shampoo rinsed clean. "

"The location is good, but the room wasn’t quite what we expected for the price we paid. The room was furnished with mix matched furniture and had a weird layout with a door in the bathroom leading to the main hallway. Just not the kind of accommodations you would expect for the cost."
