「There was a blackout the night before our last day at 8:00pm. Apparently when the blackout happens the water in the room shuts off also. So it was 100 degrees outside and it was like an oven in the room. There was NO running water to take a shower. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush and it stunk in there. The blackout went into the next day so we just packed everything and left af 8:09am. This size Hotel should invest in a back-up generator for these kinda things. A refund would be kinda nice!!」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has been run down over the years and needs major investment for equipment replacement. Two separate ice machines were broken. Bedding and linens were clean. Staff doing the best they can with what they have.」
