“The location was sited among several other cabins visible through the trees; however, I never saw another human in the neighborhood. The facility was well taken care of and had some provisions we were not expecting. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the location as one well suited to getting away from urban locations.”

“This cabin was truly amazing. We brought our three dogs with us for a relaxing and quiet reset. Upon booking we received communication from the host checking in to make sure there wasn’t anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Leading up to our stay Mark and Val were so informative. We knew if we needed anything they could be there to help. The cabin was clean and cozy. It looked just as it was listed. “The home was just as beautiful if not more beautiful than the photos. The views are breathtaking. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. The house is beautifully appointed. They literally thought of everything!We arrived during the snowfall which was magical. There is significantly more snow at this property than other properties lower down the mountain which means, they are NOT messing when they say you need a 4x4 to access the property. Our first night we got both vehicles stuck down the……

“The owner Steve was super responsive. Cabin clean and as advertised. No issues at all during a week-long visit. Good location at about 15 minutes from Angelfire and 35 minutes from Taos but remote enough to feel isolated. The grounds were well maintained and easily walkable, the dirt road and surrounding land was so natural and relatively untouched no need to go to any of the mountain trails to enjoy nature. Got to enjoy the predator-prey battle between ground hogs and foxes from our cabin……

“My wife and I stayed at the cabin for a couple of nights. Our stay was great. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking wares and utensils. The owner has labeled the drawers, cabinets and light switches so it was easy for the guest to find what is needed. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. We used the hot tub each evening we were there, very nice to get in and relax. Unfortunately there is an extra charge for the use of the hot tub. ”

Plenty for the kids to do and lots of games and puzzles for us to do around the table in the evenings. No complaints at all. ”
