Beautiful home in a perfect location

This property is literally the perfect place for a AMI vacation. Location is great, pool is beautiful and the house itself is just the right size. Great amenities and thoughtful touches. GREAT place A+++

This property was beautiful! It was in a great location close to the beach. The bedrooms and shower we nice and the living room and kitchen were spacious. The pool and downstairs area was awesome!!

Great week long escape!

We had a great time enjoying our favorite beach destination. The house was very conveniently located to many restraints/shops/beach access. House was comfy and cozy.

All great but first floor game room disgustingly dirty. Fooseball table needs to be thrown out. Ping pong table on last legs. Otherwise great place - terrific location. Pool and pool cabana 1st rate.

Fantastic Location & Pool!

We loved the area and the pool! The listing was accurate, but a little confusing as it makes it seem as if one bedroom has two kings. There’s two bedrooms with a king in each and two bedrooms with a queen in each. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms for it to affect our stay. We loved the pool area and how close the house is to the beach in both directions. 10-12 min walk to the gulf side and 5 min walk to the bay front/pier side. Our family loved the Two Scoops ice cream shop that was so close and the gorgeous views of the Sunshine Skyway. Some suggestions are:1. Would be awesome to have a fridge and bathroom in the pool area.2. Water pressure in both bathrooms made it hard to flush and showers were weak.3. Repair the kitchen sink faucet lever - it’s broken.4. Improved mattresses5. A clear designated spot for bathroom use for pets - it’s a pet friendly property but we weren’t sure where exactly to let her use the restroom when not on a walk.6. There is no pool alarm due to the gates, so when we first got there, we were a little confused on how to work things.7. Put a diagram of what each switch is for - we weren’t sure which switch worked the pool light, etc,O really it was an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

Great Home for Family Trip

Great location. 8 min. walk to the Gulf Side beaches. Loved the outdoor pool/gameroom area w/tv. Clean accommodations

Confortable accommodation

Overall we had a very good experience and nice stay. A few things to be considered in the future: Garage and playroom patio weren’t as clean as the rest of the house. There was a fridge in the garage with old food in bad condition. Tv remote controllers did not work for patio TV. Very few cleaning products. No kitchen sponge, no kitchen towels, no multipurpose cleaning, No coffee filters, at least for first time use.
