“We had a fantastic stay. The proximity to the beach is incredible. While true, saying "steps away" doesn't quite convey the point: I mean even the reserved parking space is nearly on the beach. The unit is updated, clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. Jennifer was the perfect host with clear communication and quick responses. Looking forward to another trip.”

“Close walk to the beach ”

“It was nice to be able to cross the road and you were standing on the beach. Rooftop deck was very nice. Location of this. Resort was pretty much in the middle of the island so we had easy access to shops and restaurants and to Publix.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the pool or the ocean. Just a quick walk down to the beach. They had all the beach equipment you could need. That also was a highlight because we didn’t have to pack much. Plenty of places to eat nearby also just a short walk away. The best part was the staff made sure the kids had an eventful Easter morning. They put out hundreds of eggs in the middle of the night and when our kids woke up they were so……

“Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance.”

“Very pleasant stay. Short walk to beach and we had access to wagon and beach chairs. Location is great, very close to Bridge St. and many restaurants.Property manager had emailed all necessary information for condo. We enjoyed our stay at Sugary Sands!”
