It has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, entire condo is very clean, all the linens, towels, beach chairs and wagon provided take to the beach. The patio was wonderful to seat on all times of the day, with the local birds becoming our pets; Fred(great egret), Wilma ( small egret), Red Boots ( Ibis) and Floyd ( grey Heron). “Stayed 4/26-4/29 (2024) (Fri-Mon) and loved it so much. We had a great stay and the condo was perfect. Cute, clean, great location! Easy, close walk to beautiful beach and excellent restaurant one block away and two block walk to Bridge street with all the shops, bars and more restaurants. Loved the small pool and the backyard. Had breakout and coffee out there every morning. It was the perfect little getaway and the hosts were great and non-intrusive. I actually would not have minded a text to……

It’s centrally located and you can get to anywhere with ease. The Trolley was useful and so was the Monkey Bus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. “We had a delightful stay enjoying easy access to both sunrises and sunsets as well as long walks on the beach. Just sitting on the couch looking at out on the canal is quite a view. We travel a lot and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve stayed. They have thought of everything!”

It came with beach chairs and an umbrella - although that was not promised. You’ll want to check in and see what’s there before renting chairs and umbrellas. We could not have asked for more.”

We walked to the beach, to the restaurant, to the stores, it was so wonderful! The only place we had to drive to was Publix, which is only about a half a mile away. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really loved it here!”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal……
